Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

  1. 1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. 2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. 3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. 2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  5. 5. The Burj Khalifa Ticket slot timing must be selected carefully after due consideration of the above shuttle departure timings

Above are our shuttle departure approx timing from the specific locations, please be available in hotel room, Our Tour Coordinator will contact you for exact pickup time, in case you miss our shuttle transfer, please reach Burj Khalifa directly (by Taxi or Metro) as the tickets are Non Refundable
  7. 7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

  1. 1. The Burj Khalifa Ticket slot timing must be selected carefully after due consideration of the below points
  2. 2. For example if selected ticket slot time is 3.00 pm , such case the pickup will be at 1.30 pm

  5. 5. All Entrants must pay AED 5 entry fee at Dubai Creek Park. This is Compulsary fee charged by Dubai Municipality
  6. 6. The Guest must pay this Fees directly at the entrance, We are not liable to pay the Entrance Ticket
  7. 7. In case you miss our Shuttle transfers please reach to the location 45 minutes prior to the show

  6. 6. SIC Fixed Pick up Timings - 7:00 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 8:00 pm
  7. 7. If guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it
